These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NBT Explorer, Talent Explorer, and other services operated under the Nordic Bridge Talent name.

By creating an account or using a service covered by these Terms, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Important: Nordic Bridge Talent is currently finalizing its corporate documentation. These Terms may be updated if the legal entity responsible for the services changes.

1. About the service

NBT Explorer is a research and discovery service designed to help users explore publicly available information about companies, universities, technologies, markets, and relationships between organizations and research entities.

The service may be expanded, modified, suspended, or discontinued as Nordic Bridge Talent develops the platform.

2. User accounts

Some features require you to create an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You should not share your account credentials with other people or allow unauthorized persons to access your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure

Use automated methods to abuse or overload the service
Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to obtain information that you are not authorized to access
Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit protected NBT content except where permitted by applicable law or by us

4. Public and third-party information

NBT Explorer may contain information derived from publicly available sources and third-party websites.

The presence of information in NBT Explorer does not necessarily mean that Nordic Bridge Talent owns, controls, or endorses the underlying source or organization.

Users should independently verify important information before relying on it for business, investment, employment, research, or other significant decisions.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the NBT Explorer software, interface, branding, design, original content, and other materials created by Nordic Bridge Talent remain the property of Nordic Bridge Talent or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

6. Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, hosting, analytics, or other technical functions.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services may therefore also be subject to their applicable terms.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep our services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We may temporarily suspend access when necessary for maintenance, security, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

Information presented through NBT Explorer may change over time and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

NBT Explorer is provided as a research and discovery tool and should not be treated as a guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any third-party information.

9. Free accounts and plans

Some services or features may be available under a free account or free plan.

We may introduce additional plans, features, or paid services in the future. Any paid services will be subject to applicable pricing, billing, cancellation, and subscription terms presented to users at the time those services are offered.

We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, our systems, or our legal interests, including where a user materially violates these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee that information obtained through the service will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nordic Bridge Talent will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may modify the services and these Terms as the platform develops.

Updated Terms will be published on this page. The date at the top of the page indicates when the Terms were last updated.

14. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to Nordic Bridge Talent and the services, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.
