I've spent years working with people from different countries, industries, and backgrounds. Along the way, I kept noticing the same thing: talented people were being overlooked, not because they lacked experience or skills, but because they never got the chance to be seen.
Sometimes it's because they don't have the right network. Sometimes it's because their background doesn't fit what a company expects to see on paper. And sometimes they're filtered out before anyone even gets the chance to speak with them.
At the same time, I've met organizations looking for experienced people, fresh perspectives, and new ideas.
To me, it always felt like there was a gap between the two.
The more I saw it, the more I felt something should be done about it.
That's what led me to create Nordic Bridge Talent.
