I've been on both sides of the hiring process.

For more than 25 years, I held Vice President and executive leadership roles, helping companies grow, build high-performing teams, and hire exceptional people. My career has taken me from Texas and California to European and Latin American markets, giving me the opportunity to work with talented professionals from many different cultures and backgrounds.

After moving to Finland, I experienced hiring from a completely different perspective. I saw highly skilled professionals being overlooked, not because they lacked talent, but because they never had the chance to be seen.

That's why I founded Nordic Bridge Talent — to connect exceptional professionals with organizations willing to look beyond the traditional hiring process.

Tatiana Anagnostaki

I've been a designer my whole life.

I started as a graphic designer and transitioned to UX, where I've spent the last 15 years designing for people, trying to understand how they think, where they struggle, and how they communicate their needs. I've learned to listen not to reply, but to understand what isn't being said out loud.

Like everyone else, I've been unemployed, and I know what that feels like. I joined Carlos in Nordic Bridge Talent for the same reason I became a UX designer in health-tech: to help people in their most vulnerable moments, when they feel lost, invisible, and undervalued. I believe a great partnership of any kind starts with a good conversation. I'm here to make sure everyone gets that chance.

Minna Lehesvuori

Co-Founder

My passion is to help people and businesses to grow and succeed, especially in a multicultural environment. I have been developing Finnish organizations and companies for years in various expert and manager roles focusing on people in transformations. In recent years, I have worked in higher education to support student entrepreneurs and international talents to develop their professional skills and find their future careers, and I’ve also supported Finnish SMEs in building a more inclusive working culture.

I’ve been unemployed and know all the feels and doubts as well as the energy needed to start up again, reinvent yourself and find the right people to support you. On one of my networking journeys I met Carlos and Tatiana. We share the same values and believe in creating something meaningful together to support others. I am here to help you find your magic!
